Man up buddy! It is more of a drive and adventure for me than it is for you to get to Monterey. Although Van Damme is much closer for me. About the time you are passing my house I will already be in Mendocino.

haha...yeah, I'm also trying to be in a few places at the same time, so better to just hold off until next week.

There is a storm that is supposed to be moving in immediately after this weekend. I think our time in Mendo is going to be rainey.

I am sorry Kathy, It never ends for me, That Shooting/funeral cost me to many days off and I would have to take another Sunday off, And I just can't do it, If someone from my area was coming down say Friday and Saturday I would be all over it, But there is No one so I will have to bail AGAIN!!! :depressed:

Sounds like my college friend Sean who works at Backscatter & lives in Monterey but doesn't get out much will be joining us.

He has a cert in scientific diving and does volunteer diving for the Aquarium but is pretty new to the area & doesn't have many local dive buddies.

Hopefully we can hook him up ;-)!

Hi folks, I figured this is as good a place to introduce myself as any. I'd love to come by, but it's not in the cards for me this weekend. I'll be down in the area the next weekend and, as much as I love doing it, three weeks in a row driving between the valley and Santa Cruz is a bit much.

Also, I'm still a couple pieces shy of a full complement of gear.
