The weather is looking favorable for the M&G. I will be coming down for this and probably getting a hotel room for the night, then dive again on Sunday.

Ah too bad - I'll be around Monterey all winter so drop a line when your heading to BW it would be fun to meet up and chat.

Hi All, I am new to SB. What a great community. I plan on coming down for the M&G on Saturday. I am looking for more people to dive with and this should be a great opportunity. I have not dove in a few months so it will be great to get in the water. Any concern with the approaching storm? Is there a plan B? See you all Sat.

Welcome to the board Alan! I agree, it is a great community and the M&Gs are a great way to meet new dive buddies.

I'm not too worried about the incoming storm. We usually see a calm before the storm and I've had some of my best vis dives when it was raining. Plan B would be to enjoy each other's company topside but the forecasts are looking really good for Sat, so I don't think we have to worry about that. See ya Sat.

I love my drysuit, but I haven't dove any others so I don't have a basis for comparison. I just know that I have more mobility in it then I did in my one piece, 7mm wetsuit and I don't feel any drag at all. And I'm nice and warm now!
