9/23 1.5 hours swimming laps in the pool with with my new training coach (on/off).
Made a little more progress towards my goal :).
Encouraged & Excited!
 
Does anybody know the affects of doing weight training the day before diving?

Ah I just know if you work your legs/calves to exhaustion 1 or 2 days before a dive - you will probably end up with annoying leg cramps during the dive :wink:.
 
Thursday 9/24 - Day of rest.

Friday 9/25 - Laps (50 minutes; 1.0 miles; approximately 525 calories)
 
9/26 1 hour hike - steep hills & great sunset over SF bay
 
Sunday 9/27 - C25K program with an additional 5 minute warm up. 35 minutes total, approximately 2.1 miles. Unsure about the calories though.
 
9/27 - 2 dives @ Lobos - Wow scooters are fun!

Not sure how much exercise we got though ;-).
