C25K = Couch to 5k - walk/run program with the intention of getting up to running a 5K. So far, doing okay, just have pretty standard pains.sorry to hear your back is still sore/tight.
Couch to 5k... I like it!
Once I get past my traveling stint in a couple of weeks, I'll probably visit a chiropractor.
Monday:
Moderate pace cycling: 20 miles.
