2010 Fitness Exercise Challenge!!

I forgot that I said I would post these when I finished......Before and After. 10 months of work.

Before: 5'10", 340lbs, 55" waist., High BP 220/180, Blood Suger 450..Diabetic, Cholesterol 350.

After: 5'10", 190lbs, 34" waist, BP 120/78, Blood Suger 98..non diabetic, cholesterol 80.

I was fully medicated for the disorders when I started, now I'm off all the meds.

It can be done people....keep pushing.

though I have not posted here in a while, I do lurk (when not feeling to guilty about my lack of exercise) and appreciate all the camaraderie that exists here. i hope we can continue this progress as we cheer each other on this year.
