I'll just add that the more detailed reports that show where the remnant clouds and rain will likely go after a storm dissipates do not provide information that is useful or even interesting to me. Likewise, the "spaghetti bowl" predictions which show a bazillion possible storm tracks when different methods of modeling are applied do not show me anything that I would act on. The NHC website is simple, easy to understand, and plenty accurate for my needs.You are entitled to your opinion, of course, but what you have been posting and what I have seen on the NHC website are saying the same thing. There is more detail and more pretty colors in what you have posted, but as far as conveying information which is useful to me about active storms, the NHC site is plenty good enough. It is definitely not junk; to be junk it would have to be predicting incorrect storm paths, but it doesn't.
