Well, the paths the NHC predicted for Helene and Milton were spot on. I monitor the NHC website a lot during hurricane season and I get a lot of good information from it. YMMV.The dumbed down NHC hurricane predictions and their moronic color codes are pure junk. (Tomer Burg data)

The NHC is now saying that there is a 70% chance of the disturbance just east of the Yucatan developing into a tropical cyclone in the next couple of days.
