this morning i started back with the trainer with a 6am cardio/kickboxing session and it sucked!

good luck to those that are starting back after a christmas break... just making a comeback after a small break is hard work but the sooner the better i guess
 
No running today, shovel snow again for 2 hours (that definitely count) and 2 minutes humhuhumhum :D

Wow, you weren't kidding about those 300'. Good news is on its way... according to my Mac's Dashboard weather widget, it's supposed to be a high of 8 with sunny periods by Thursday.
 
10 miles on the bike, 41 minutes

no humhuhumhum for me until Penny's healed from surgery... brickin' brackin' sassafrassin'

In addition to the 40+ minutes cardio I did this morning, I did 15 more this afternoon as a warmup to doing 50 Squat Thrusts and 50 walking lunges (w/ dumbbells) in 23 minutes. I'm glad I'm traveling tomorrow 'cause I'm gonna be sore for sure.
 
Did 10 minutes on the eliptical, 20 minutes on the bike and did all the nautilus machines...10 reps x2.

I walked around downtown SD last night for an hour. About to go walk about some more... I LOVE vacations!!! :kiss2:
 
I am in. Just home from a live aboard out of the Channel Islands. 11 dives in 55 degree water in 2.5 days. That's been my exercise since 1/1. Now to hit the gym....
 
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer today.
 
Was on the cruise boat yesterday for a one day cruise. Did a lot of walking. Miles of it on the boat and on shore. Today is a rest day for me to recouperate from the past couple weeks of go go go go. Mom leaves tomorrow, and then it will be back to my routine.
