5 days in a row...30 - 45 mins fast walking plus a couple cycles of a calastenic (sp -5) workout yesterday. I am getting a yoga DVD from netflix so I'll have a little something to change things up.

Set my first goal. It's been so long (3 years) since I've done any consistent workout regime, my goal for Jan is to get back in the habit and get myself in condition to do something more starting in Feb. Last couple times I tried to start I pushed to hard up front, was so sore that I couldn't keep it up, not going to make that mistake this time.

btw...anyone tried this ScubaFit seems like a fairly good set of exercises as a starter.

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer today.

oh i miss my epileptic machine!!! (i killed it about a year ago :depressed)

this morning i work up and i thought i would be sore but surprisingly i wasnt.... will be doing a massive mall walk today at lunchtime running around so will claim that at todays exercise :D

I originally planned to take a day off since I traveled north today (and was plenty sore from yesterday), but was a bit hungry for some endorphins...

What can I say, I am quick:D
Yesterday 30 minutes with the weights, Today nothing:shocked2: (got home late).

Today nothing, nada, zero. Sunday evening our cold snap reminded me to pay attention to the -35F to -50F temperatures and how it seeps into the attached garage after a couple weeks. Frost bite on the bottoms of both feet and several toes. I"m ambulatory and the blisters look like they will resorb ok. But, the feet are Tender.

today was 6am kickboxing session and i felt all those crunches, situps and squats from yesterday

but another day done!!

we're coming onto the end of week 1 so be sure to pat yourself on the back!

I'll accept this challenge*
