IANTD has just been through a certification process according to the European standards (CEN). This now brings IANTD among the agencies that followed the trend of standardization in Europe, allowing among other things easy crossovers between them as they all conform to common minimum standards for the recreational diving levels (three diver + two instructor). Others that did this are PADI, SSI, Baracuda and others.
