Too late!

I've received a lot of criticism for trying to talk with Mossman at all. Please understand that this is a person that I respected. He and I have had some great discussions about common interests, and both of us have helped the other make travel decisions. So this was not just a case of "feeding the troll". I'm disappointed that he turned out to be this type of person. But please don't laugh at me for at least trying. Yeah, ultimately it proved futile...and yeah, the signs were all there that that was inevitable. But I wanted to at least give it a shot. Is that so wrong?

Any good and relevant information posted by anybody in this thread trying to get through to him is still out there for others to read. That is a positive.

Thanks. I hope some of my posts provided good and relevant information...even if the person I was actually talking to wasn't interested.

Good point! He probably did more to assist in spreading the "actual" truth about DIR (not his twisted version of it) than he intended.

Oh, and even better is that as a result of this thread you decided to get some one on one time and work out the issues you had. So it's all good.

Teasing accepted. Normally I try to avoid diving into troll debates, and I wouldn't have in this one (and certainly wouldn't have written so MUCH) if I didn't have a positive history with this guy. Mea culpa.

I agree with NWGD this thread has "legs" and more folks will be inclined to take on more serious training, from whatever agency, as a result. As Bob said: "It's all good."
