I'm still doing my weekly workouts - 4 days of running, 1 biking and 2 rest days. This week I have missed 2 days though due to a cold. I'm feeling a little better now and expect to do my 6 mile run on Sunday.

At one point during Fran my HRT hit 180 bpm, but after it ended and I caught my breath, I felt pretty good. Not bad considering my theoretical max is 177!![]()
