4 and a half hours of hard riding chasing cows at the sorting practice!!

Dude, I am drained after just thinking about 4 and 1/2 hours of riding! :shocked2:

Ok, so I was actually pretty good this week:D... walked everyday, 'cept Tuesday - because I was sick, did water aerobics for 50 minutes and 10 more minutes of laps on Thursday and went to a new Yoga class this morning for 60 minutes. They heated the room we were doing the Yoga in "on purpose!!!" and I was sweating like I have never sweated before... I really don't like sweating:no:

Been good on food, too... although today i did splurge on a small "like it" size of coldstone ice cream... boy was it yummy!!!

no kidding. I've had chocolate cravings the past couple days and gave in by eating chocolate chips.
Ran a 5K yesterday.. pretty slow. I didn't feel very well when I got up, and was feeling almost worse by race time. Then my asthma kicked up. Never had that happen before while working out. GRRRRHHHH. So I had to walk most of the race.

Hey I just found this thread. I'm in, too. But I'm already doing weekly exercise so won't have to do anything additional.

Last year I did my first triathlon and 100 mile bike ride. This year I'm doing (will try to do) my first marathon. I'm on a 44 week training schedule for it!

Yikes. So yesterday I did an 8 mile run. Today is an off day. Each week is 2 days of speed training, 1 day of running a shorter distance at a higher pace, 1 day of cross training (biking) and 1 day of long distance running at my race pace.

Saturday was a weights day, had a good hard hour and a half of weights.

Sunday I reached my goal of swimming a half mile! Not bad for three months post ruptured disc.

I went running yesterday for an hour, did another 30 min, weight training. I had Aikido this morning for 1.5 hours. All together, I get about 8 hours a week in Aikido, and I try to run at least twice a week. I need to get back in the pool and swim, but in FL, none of the pools are heated.....and my widdle toes get chiwwy.... ;)

I sit in the sauna before I get in the pool, they're trying to cut costs so the "heated" pool is about ten degrees colder this year.

mmmmm.... coldstone ice cream.... I had to stop eating that stuff.... too hard for me to burn off the 1200 calories it contains.

I just had a mental image of Homer Simpson drooling for a donut... DOH!!!

Jenny, at least you finished the race, walking or running, doesn't matter, you still did it! Congrats!

Hello everyone. I hope I am allowed to join in. :D

So today I rowed for my five minute warm up (Comp says I did 1000 meters but who knows), did unassisted dips and free weight exercises for chest and triceps. Finally I then ran for 20 minutes covering 2.25 miles.
