Man, a whole month in the Dominican Republic???!!!! Great vacation Goodiv!
Yesterday I did 30 minutes with my trainer in a back workout Today, I rest...thank goodness it's been a hard workout week.

Pulled an all nighter Wednesday after a full day or work, mucked up the week rythm...
Diving tomorrow.

Down 2.5 lbs.
 
4 and a half hours of hard riding chasing cows at the sorting practice! tag teamed my 2 horses, so while one was resting the other was working! I came home drained! After I did my chores and was ready to settle in I soaked in a very hot soothing bath! Tomorrow I start to do 30 minute exercise tapes with my neighbor after work. We both have been procrastinating for far too long, Time to get it done! She wants to lose 35 pounds and I need to lose 25 pounds. I so want to look good when I go to the Bahamas to dive next summer!
 
Mountain Biking through the snow/ice around the neighborhood (30 minutes).

The slush kicked my butt! Only fell over once with the clipless pedals when I lost control... several other times I unclipped in time as I was falling....lol

It was fun to cycle outside!
 
Last week:
Sunday - 2.5 miles
Monday - 600 meters swim
Tuesday - 35 min. stationary bike
Wednesday - 3 miles Run
Thursday - 700 meter swim and 40 min stationary bike
Friday - 2.5 mile run
