Parrotheaddiver, Dee mentioned that you might still be looking for accommodations for DEMA. I have some friends coming over from CA and would probably have enough space at the house if you still need a place to crash.

the 16th is nice as we will be leaving on the 17th out of galveston for a 7 day cruise and will be staying saturday night in the clear lake area. we will just need to arrive a little earlier than planned.

well it looks like im not going to be able to go to DEMA during the show but im comin down for the Q and meet and greet.

while on the topic (or OT) does anybody know where i can find a giant foam cowboy hat and the largest pink blow up or lawn flamingo. or something similar of a native bird species to texas and the largest size i can get. Its sort of a joke with Net Doc and want to give him a texas size present.

Just put flamingo in the search bar, there's plenty to choose from. And then enter cowboy hats, two pages of them, but didn't find the big foam kind. Good luck!
