Doesn't really matter who certifies a diver. What matters is how often learned skills are practiced. After certification, dive and dive often.
 
Ken, how could you leave the murky, low vis waters of SoCal for warm, relatively clear ones in Florida?
Right?

There are many worse places to land than South Florida. Was just in SoCal for 6 days... my annual pilgrimage to the Sierras for Opening Day.

I'll get back in the water here next weekend for sure. :)
