I understand that a product called Christo-Lube is recommended for use with O-rings and regulators. I searched it, and found several different varieties. Can you recommend one variety?

I have seven SP 1st stages: Mk 5, Mk 7, Mk 8, Mk 200, and three Mk 10's.

No Nitrox is used, and no cold water diving.
