I never understand this... how do normal people do anything?

I assume there is an exception for medical?

Lovely! :D Yea some people just hide them in big suitcases...

How do you propose to service your regulators without access to pressurized gas?
Well disassembly, inspection and fitting new spare parts can be done without.
Adjustments I'll be doing at the dive club, bringing my own bucket and all!
