Bands of rain. Windy at times.We weren't sorry to see her go - Sara definitely overstayed her welcome off the north coast of Honduras - but we can empathize with everyone in Belize and the Yucatán peninsula receiving her now. Is Coz affected now too? My phone weather app shows rain there and fairly gusty winds along with an "Atlantic Tropical Cyclone Warning"
This is all a good reminder that a storm doesn't have to reach hurricane status to do a lot of damage...

Two blustery cold fronts in rapid succession have moved through Texas during the past couple of days. This time of year they start reaching Cozumel.I was looking on Windy and I am surprised the port isn't closed now. This Norte looks like it will be around a while.
The harbor master sends out an email blast to dive ops, etc., I believe. They also hang a flag out on the front of the HM's building on Melgar, or at least they used to.Where do they announce the port closing? Or do they? Or do they?
