OOPs my bad. I misread the page. The last time it was up for renwal the same thing happened. In fact I see a lot of the renewals are tardy. I am sure it will be renewed in time.

A decade ago when the first delayed renewal happened, I remember ALOT of those tanks going up for sale cheap at $150-$175 ea in sets. If shops don't fill it's going to force alot of divers to buy new tanks.
