Don'tbknow anything about US tanks but why would you want 4 tanks if you only dive singles. A second tank if you wanna do two dives and no fill possible i can imagine. But even if it is a good deal it sounds like more tanks than you need (making it a not so good deal after all). I would try and buy just 2 :)
a single hp100 new will run more than the cost of all 4 of those. just buy all 4 and make less trips to the shop for fills

Yeah but maybe he can get 2 for 150 :).

Thats more what i meant. But again don't know the prices and if it is indeed that good of a price than go for it. You can always sell if not needed and you don't need to hydro them all four

Hard to tell from the first pic but it appears as though they have left and right side valves.

@HamTrainChickenLaser , are they left and right valves? If so do they have the manifold?

The 7/8s valves can be a bit annoying to deal with. Parts can be harder to find or expensive.
Yep, left and right valves and manifolds. I bought them. Plugs are included so easy to dive as singles.

Ditto,,,,,,That's a great price for the 4 tanks.

But you should get all 4 of them thru & stamped with fresh hydro's right away and not wait. We've all seen the PST special exemption run right down to the expiration wire (or been delayed a few days late) causing confusion on tank fills even with in hydro stamps. The exemption on 12079 looks like it expires this November and maybe the renewal has already been in process. But in this current political climate of trade wars, it won't take much for manufacturers to walk away and say they won't renew it.
Asahi is the manufacturer and Catalina (solid history) is the US agent.

Before I started diving doubles and then sidemount, I owned 2 HP80s, 4 AL80s, 2 LP72s, and 2 LP95s. As well as a 19 cu ft pony and a 30 cu ft stage bottle.
Then I added a pair of LP72 doubles and a pair of LP85s followed by a pair of LP75.5s.
Then 2 40 cu ft stages and another 30.
When I was diving singles we would often go to a location with a max depth of 120 ft and no fills less than 2 hours away. So a weekend of diving was easily going to use up 4 cylinders. 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.

Thats a lot more than i have or need. But if fills are that hard i understand. I have a ton of filling options.
