Peter McGuinness:
At last! I have succeeded in reserving a campsite at Leo carrillo. It will be worth continuing to try for reservations, but I can now offer the other seven spaces for general use by fellow wrinklers (wrinklies?, whatever). Depending on how people want to organise things, I can bring a large (sleeps 8 at a pinch) a medium, or a small tent.

My email confirmation arrived today.

I will be there for a couple morning dives then I have to get back home. Cant wait to see everyone. I just got back from camping at leo carillo. I took the little guys to the tide pools. They had a blast. The weather was great but a little windy. we had a great time.

Cool! I look forward to seeing you again at your dive. ;)

Will you be there Saturday, Sunday or both?

hi all, finger is better. just thought id drop by to say hi and have fun next weekend. :D
Great news! Stubborn enough to heal fast...way to go. As cold as the water has been, diving could be as therapeutic for an injury as ice packs. We should do a dive at Pt. Dume while you're there. See you in a week!

(2 dives in Redondo canyon this morning...still 50 @ 80fsw....but the sunny SI sure was appreciated.)

Will you be able to make it for the whole weekend or just for one of the days?

Can anyone comment on how we meet up with the scubaboarder crew if we aren't camping out? Do we just park and gear up at the road and meet at the ocean or ...?
