It is SB stuff that has an issue. It is not just one or two providers or one or two users. If I venture to guess is that apache is running out of resources to deal with connections. This could be a simple sloworis attack they are experiencing. I've seen such things before with customers and two things helped.

1. Get hardware accelerator (If SB is interested I work for a company and could get you a good deal on application delivery controller - load balancer, let me know.)

2. Running attack mitigation system in front of it. The second one is secondary to the #1 and it is also more expensive.

I really wish all you guys would stop imagining a painfully slow ScubaBoard because you are making it so slow for the rest of us. :D

FWIW iPhone is minutes to load both using Tapatalk and safari

It's *really* slow. Even on a brand new Windows install with a virgin browser and a huge internet connection. Your servers don't appear to be the problem. It's the external stuff that's included on every page load, including stuff from livejasmin.com in an iframe that came from GoogleAds. flots.
livejasmin.com is a spam porn site that sneaks in with other sites.

As you can see in the linked packet capture there is almost 23 second delay on the server side. Server acknowledges request then holds for almost 23 seconds before it sends response. (see delay between packet 5 and 6)

Thanks for the file. Input like this will ultimately help us to find the issue. Usually, if the site is to blame, EVERYONE will experience the problem. My connection is well within Alexa.com's average.

For those of you with new computers, your cache is designed to speed up the process. Once set, it will remember a sight for up to a week (even longer). When changes are made to the system (as were last night) there will be conflicts until the cache is flushed. I have set my Chrome browser to check as it loads so I never have this problem.

Again, we are setting up at DEMA as we speak... we'll try to see what can be done on our end and still have at least two updates to perform. Server loads are low and their resources are high. We see no attacks on our servers and nothing to indicate that they have a problem. We'll continue to look and appreciate when actual data is sent our way.

Mine is very slow from last night and now, even on Google chrome, I switched back and fourth and everything else runs fast except when I'm on SB.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Very slow since yesterday and still is. I even switched computers (one of mine is older than the other) and the loading is still very slow.

I just changed something. See if that makes a difference.

Network capture. Wireshark is your friend there.
