Instant regret - Seafrogs A7IV + 90mm doesn't fit

Support got back to me, basically completely useless.

They refuse to tell me why there is a problem with my C1 button (they seem very familiar with it since they instantly offered a solution with a rubber band, but no shipping to Bali where I am currently travelling...).

Same with the viewfinder, which is unusable because completely blurry. They want me to send the case to a service center - no explanations on the issue.

I got the suspicion that they sent me a half baked product, probably a beta or even an alpha, expecting to do hot fixes as we go. And I made the situation worse for myself because I planned on travelling just a few days after receiving it, which makes returns/receiving new parts impossible.

I'll see their final reply but for that price, it's totally unacceptable. I'm gonna contact my bank for a chargeback and I'm ready for legal actions against them if they're not happy with that.

If anyone wants to take a leap of faith with that garbage product, make sure you at least leave 3-4 weeks and unbox it very cleanly to be ready to send it back once you realise half of the functions are not working.
