Nice shore dive off LBTS. In the water by 7am. Swam parallel to the broken pier then out to the second reef.
Flat water on top. Cold water (74F). Major surge (should have taken a Dramamine). 30 ft viz—better at times. Highlights:
CAUTION—poor photos
4ft long Bluespotted Cornet fish hunting. Hawksbill turtle hanging out on the sand. Web Burrfish (not a great photo but correct, Pipehorse?). Is this a Clown Wrasse (or the fish that will remain unnamed), and a juvenile French Angel.
The coral looked like it was coming back. I am hopeful.
