I have not used the Depends, but according to my buddy, if they get really full, the liquid can start to get cold. Yes/no?

I'd like to hear WHICH Depends people have had success with. Overnight Extra Absorbency did not cut it in this end....
..but who knows which is best maximum, super plus, extra... I thought Overnight would have been the one to start with...

i was told by a male diver to use baby diapers and not depends. the baby diapers can hold 12 ounces of fluid.... just remember to pee slowly so it has time to absorb without overflowing!!

Havent seen a P-valve for ladies like mania posted, but what I have seen is a little cup/funnel device that fits a women to allow them to use a releif zipper on a dry suit from the surface.

those are very sensitive girly parts you are talking about molesting! They are suppossed to be treated sensitively...not cruelly!
Fair enough, but I doubt you'll get much sympathy from the guys who use adhesive condom caths. I'm with Mania... it's not pleasant, but it's gotta be better than trying to enjoy yourself in wet diapers.

One of the things I've read is that it's not necessary to empty the bladder, just to allow enough to escape to keep you reasonably comfortable. Therefore the Depends are tolerable, because they don't have to absorb an entire liter of urine during most dives, just a couple hundred cc's.

I don't know from experience. The one time I decided to wear them to try it out, I didn't have to pee!

See, weaker sphincters or not, girls seem to have the trick down where they can stop things mid-stream once started. I don't know many guys who claim to be able to pull that trick off. Eddie Murphy even did a routine about it in Delirious (or was it Raw?)...

Na you can do it, its actually considered an exercise, for women it flexes the vagina muscles, and for men it can stop an orgasm, its used as a sexual exercise for both men and women.
