No other reason than trying to ease some suffering and help them realize what we were facing. I think some of it is obvious now.

Not that it matters, but on post 29, a month and a day ago, I thought a video of the interior of the cave showing what the searchers had seen(or not seen) would go a long way to helping the family have some closure.

The older videos do not show the small passages. New video shows passage 90 percent of cave divers will not go in because of size but it still doesn't show the extremely small passage that James and Edd went in.

Yes it was. While 1300 was a good run it was more than most of us expected. And for everyones information the scooters were to be used by the last teams going the farthest, mainly Edd.

I must admit that I am surprised that any part of the cave on the other side of the gate can be scootered. I thought it was all tight fit beyond there.

I think the part you're missing is scootered by Edd...

He seems to have a knack for navigating passages and restrictions that others have trouble even swimming through.
