I rang him up three days ago and left a message enquiring as to the status of the Plate, I havent heard back from him.

Eric said they wouldn't be ready until April, so I'm not going to worry until May.. I have an old plastic BP that i removed from an old US-Tech BCD that should get me be for a few dives until I hear word from Eric about availability of the plate.

I noticed on scubatoys forum you said you have a Freedom Plate already, when did you get it?

ZKY hasn't posted for a few months now.. I have officially given up on waiting for this plate and will now spend my money on a Hammerhead or DSS steel plate.

If you've been waiting as long as I have for this then it's safe to say it's not coming out, since the lack of updates from ZKY.
