I always got them around 3000 more or less. Been a long while as I need the nitrox now.

And as I haven't got one yet, I don't know. Maybe I will insist on the same price as the nitrox 80?

And you don't have enough boats for EVERYONE to dive with aldora and if you did, the gov would come after you.

SOMEONE has to take one for the team and dive somewhere else, right?

Believe it or not, shocking as it may be to contemplate, some of us are perfectly happy diving AL80's.

Isn't freedom of choice wonderful? Those who want AL80s can have them! Those who want to pay extra for AL100s can get them! Those who want their AL100s filled with Nitrox can now get THAT! And those who want to pay for an operator that offers HP Steel 120s with Nitrox can get that as well! What a wonderful creation is the free market, when we can all get just what we want, without worrying about whether a majority of voters will elect someone to take away our right to choose! Gee, if only voters would understand that.

Clearly you don't have a missus staying down longer....
That is what it is all about. Matching buddies dive times.

I was under the impression that Meridiano has offered Nitrox 100's for some time now. I checked the photos on my phone from March and found one of the price board at Meridiano that showed rental 100's in both air and Nitrox. To the best of my knowledge this is not a new offering. I was also under the impression that like Meridiano's air 100 rentals the supply is limited. I spoke with my DM this morning (the 'Cubano') and he confirmed that even when ordered in advance the availability or Nitrox 100's is some times hit or miss.

Generally, men need larger tanks to stay down as long as women buddies. Nitrox has nothing to do with that. Is she on Nitrox? Both buddies should be on the same gas. As far as that goes, is she using the same brand computer? Maybe I missed your point.

I typically try to get the largest tank I can because I am such an air hog, but I won't dive Nitrox with an air diving buddy, nor dive with one on a stingy computer who is afraid of dealing with deco.

Who is Meriando?

Last year we had a buddy who used more gas. My wife and I were on nitrox and wanted 100's for him that were nitrox. Had some problem getting them.

Fortunately no Op has made me take on a buddy in years. I can be a pain to dive with as I take buddy responsibilities more seriously than many and get irritable when I get assigned a bum. For Coz diving tho, there is not much need for Nitrox. I do need it for square bottom wrecks in North Carolina, Florida, the Saint Lawrence.

When I dove with Casa Del Mar back in August 2010, they were able to supply me with Al 100's 'Nitrox' with no problems, I honestly don't remember the fill pressures though.

Why do some use an apostrophe in plurals? Is that just a mistake that became common for some reason?

Meridiano 87 has an online price list for Nitrox in 80s or 100s, and 120s at 3,500 psi - rental tanks or private (particular) - at 3,000 or 3,500 psi. I do not know if this list is current or accurate, or how well they meed demand - just showing what they publish at Precios - Meridiano 87
