good one! And it's about time you got back into this thread...

Are those the actual lyrics? I don't know that tune...it sounds kind of Irish to me.

Got any more?

If I can find the right software, I'll send you the mp3 file of the tune....

I might have one or two others to post soon......

TexasMike...we need to print these out as s songbook. At the next Swamp Divers get together, Tony can play and Corsairs can lead us in a sing-a-long!

Pete - wasn't that you? AFter all, you are the master!

No Alison,

There was someone who said we should write this song, and then that song, and everyone did it. It really helped us keep our focus.

:tease:

Can you imagine -ME- with a focus???

So Pete - when do I get a parody about me then huh! x

I was one of the folks that fed you the songs to parodize....

How about
  • "I want a new drug" by Huey Lewis and the News
  • "I can drive 55" by Sammy Hagar (perhaps something along the lines of being unable to dive 55 cf tanks)
  • Any (or all) of the christmas carols since we are about to hit the season
  • "Blue Suede Fins", a parody of Elvis (we need a smiley with the correct lip curl and swivelling hips)
  • "Teddy Bear", also by Elvis
  • "I feel good," by James Brown
That should keep you busy for an hour or so...

But I did the first one already... "I want a new tank..."

:tease:

Will ponder the others... especially the the one about SB... and I just -MAY- have the song...
