Question Best source for info. on installing Rolock dry gloves on Seaskin Nova suit?

Piling on to the Rolock thread. I got the Rolock 3 system and installed on latex wrist sales on a BARE suit. I find donning/doffing to be great. I like the system overall. However, installing the cuff-side ring was very challenging. I found that the ring was almost impossible to squeeze back through the suit after turning inside out. I stressed out the seals and developed a small leak, which I patched.

The cuff ring came loose this weekend and I'm dreading re-attaching and stressing the seals again. Anyone have any tricks other than brute force? Possible to install without turning inside out?
