That's not a serial number, that's a part number.
SiTech 60251 is the "PU Ring for the QCS Oval system".

I think your installation of the seals may not be correct. I don't quite exactly understand from the pictures what you did, but it seems like the latex seal is going both under and over the oring?

It is a rolock 90 but an older version I think.

You have one of Rolock 1-3 versions. These are not designed to go with PU rings.
You need Rolock 90, there is no old and new 90 system.
