Interestingly, TSA regulations state that a person can have an extra carry on if it is a camera bag....something to think about for you photographers. Pros are actually carrying a copy of the regulation with them to the gate.

I think that is the Personal Bag (Camera, backpack, etc) in addition to the roll-on. We're always looking for exceptions. At first we all got one roll-on, but women got purses, so some pushed for personal/camera bags, so now women get a roll-on, camera bag, and purse.

You get 1 Standard article and 1 personal article. The Standard article is your bag. The personal article has smaller dimension restrictions and can be something like a purse or a camera bag or a computer bag. Women do NOT get a third article. Many people sneak extra article on, but I have seen just as many get stopped and forced to combine down to 2 articles.
 
Well what a great time we have had in Kauai.... Dove every day and did the north . East and south shores.... Weather was OK.... visibly was so so for Hawaii but great for a northeast wreak diver.... Got through TSA without a hitch.. now 11hours of flying And 10 hours of driving to get home

Northern Maine.... Right on the boarder with New Brunswick..... Fly to New York and then drive to Maine.. Jim...
