One more thing. Birdman's trim is pretty good. Imagine someone trying this in a more vertical position. It would be even more worthless than it is now.

But things would silt out faster covering the evidence.

Thanks for sharing the videos and kudos to you for being able to back kick at all in those fins! I have used quattros and full foot us divers fins and been fine, but have never tried it in splits.

As for the rest of the thread, anyone looking at the video side by side with the Fifth-D videos of the same skills can only conclude that the split fins are a less than optimal solution.

I do appreciate your effort... thanks for the video clips... and as soon as I get a hold of those split fins Mike F. is going to send me I will give it a go myself.

That said...

Chop sticks are my favorite eating tool but not for soup.

And something else that I was just thinking about along those lines the other day while eating lunch at Hunan Palace:

Does the utensil dictate the way food is presented or vise versa?

And why do I eat the Colonel's chicken with fingers but the General's chicken with chop sticks.

Heavy thinkin' like that makes me hungry... time to go do more research.

Mmmmmm General Tso, thank you, even though you had nothing to do with the delicious food that bears your name.

I feel sorry for you if you have to put up with the Colonel's chicken. Doesn't come close to Popeye's. When I came to NY, there ended up being a Popeye's about two blocks from my house... I think that's the only reason I haven't left yet.

Warning. Thread hijack.

Where did they come up with General Tsao or Tso name? Great stuff!

Even better than Popeye's is Church's. Do you get that in NY?

I'll give you Popeye's...that is some good eatin', but can anything really compare to Bojangles???

Never heard of them.

Never heard of them.

Me either.

Church's Chicken is about as common as good whisky in New Orleans.... they have the best corn on the cob anywhere. Funny thing is that Church's is almost exclusively found in the "bad" parts of town.
