I just figured something out. While I am still working the WW program, and this week lost (was even and gained the last two weeks), I am still feeling fat. I haven't been doing much exercise since the 5K for recovery and in anticipation of the upcoming trip. Been doing some walking, and maybe a light jog for a short distance. Today I did a longer walk with a couple longer jogs in that got the heart pumping. I got home and felt "skinny." Hmm workout = feeling good. Who woulda thunk?? :)

Hello... :happywave: anybody still here?
Well, I got back a couple days ago from Cozumel and still managed to lose a pound! All that diving must have been a good offset to all those mango margaritas! How is everybody doing?

Another weigh in tonight. Down 2.8!!! Whoo hoo!! Upped my walk this morning to an hour and carried 10lbs soft weight with me. Good workout!

Kudos to you!!!!
Me on the other hand needs to get right back on the wagon! :shakehead:
Keep up the good work Jenny and did you notice how great you looked in that after the lionfish kill photo!!!!!!

Thanks! :), and did you notice how sexy you were in the "Marilyn" photo?? Now, let's get you moving and back on the wagon. It's not tough, you know you can do it. Just for one week. Do it! See how much better you will feel!

I've done 4 Rounds of P90X, and am currently doing Insanity, as well as Shakeology and have lost 78 pounds. The programs are physically intense, but as intense as they are, 80% of the results are the nutrition aspects of those plans. If you're just doing the workouts without the nutrition don't expect great results. Shakeology is a big part of my nutrition. You can see my results on Youtube at YouTube - Tommy70817's Channel

Getting back in the rythem! 20 pounds to go to my target weight! Thanks for the push! I needed that!

Fantastic! Keep up the good work! Keep posting your progress, it's great inspiration for all of us!

Rox, I was just wondering how you were doing! Great to hear you are nearing your target weight. So am I. I have about the same to go. We gonna be some sexy chicks at the MegaDive! Whoo hoo!!!

My current weight loss has to be attributed to long walks on the beach. Been going out almost every night to watch for turtle babies. Some of the nests are far apart and walking from one to the other is a good workout. I think also the time of night helps if only because my body is not used to a workout at that time. At least it helps me sleep better! LOL Last night I did almost 3 miles, and that was after diving yesterday, and after working out (running almost 3 miles) and walking the day before almost 4 miles for a total of 7 miles that day! Diving tonight too!

Tommy, I've heard a lot of good stuff with the Shakeology. Glad to hear it's working for you.

Hi, I am really surprise to see that you are really performing the different tasks at the same time that can be dangerous for your health and you can also face the problem of the muscles growth.
