I just figured something out. While I am still working the WW program, and this week lost (was even and gained the last two weeks), I am still feeling fat. I haven't been doing much exercise since the 5K for recovery and in anticipation of the upcoming trip. Been doing some walking, and maybe a light jog for a short distance. Today I did a longer walk with a couple longer jogs in that got the heart pumping. I got home and felt "skinny." Hmm workout = feeling good. Who woulda thunk??
