What about that 12 year old who became youngest PADI Master Scuba Diver? How old was he to start? It's probably just me, but I wonder about kids even getting certified at 10 or 12. As I've said before, I know there are many degrees of maturity at any age, but on the whole it just seems a little more risky than necessary. What's wrong with a whole lot of snorkelling at those ages?
