I bought a 500 foot reel of 3/16" black bungee - what can I say - it was an impulse buy. 
I like the 3/16" because it's less likely to twist around you as you take it on and off.
Anyway - if anyone wants some, I'd be happy to send it your way for .25 cents a foot, plus shipping - figure shipping would cost $2 unless you're buying a crapload of it.
Just checked Reef Scuba - great guys, by the way, but they're selling it for .60 cents a foot.
