Captain Crunch with Crunchberries, I save all the Crunchberries for last. :D

Most of my dives are 'vacation dives'. I usually have one cup of coffee, tons of water, and a piece of whole wheat or rye toast with peanut butter.

Sorry Frank...no gassing going on here after a dive.

Dave (aka "Squirt")

I eat 2 whole wheat waffles. A cup of dannon vanilla low-fat yogurt. A banana.

If I'm diving during the day i'll bring bread and organic peanut butter. An apple. Maybe some goldfish.

Lean meat and some vegetables for dinner. Sushi is always a winner here as well.

I stay away from the coffee since it tends to dehydrate.

Diver0001:
I eat normally. The only thing I've discovered is *unwise* to eat before diving is McDonalds food (if it can be called that). It causes massive heart burn; it's enough to make you think that an alien will rip it's way out of your gut at any moment.

R..
Oddly enough this is what I have everytime and I've never had a problem. Usually Sausage egg cheese Mcmuffin, hash brown and coffee.

If I'm going to one of the springs it's Hardees sausage, biscuit, egg and gravy bowl with coffee.

Before you ask my weight, height, blood pressure and cholesterol are great.

My mental status is the part in question.......
