I suffer from IBS and am lactose intolerant, so I usually don't get to wild and crazy. I've gone from as spartan as a single bananna to as wild as (wild being relative to my body of course) French Toast.

For the most part it is fairly light, and I always remain hydrated.

Ohhh...That's the "Warhammer Diet"!!

Muahahahahaha!

Seriously: I usually eat a light breakfast and stay away from stuff that will give me heartburn, or try to get revenge on me at depth. Something fairly bland, yet filling. Oatmeal is always a good option, sweetened with a little honey. Anything with complex carbohydrates is good.

Derek S - I also am lactose intolerant. DO NOT EAT BANANAS! They are the only fruit that contains lactose! A few of those babies can put me in a hurt locker/bathroom for several hours.

I have never seen so much indigestion in my life...... you guys need to examine other life factors if your meals are causing this much grief. Is this city life, traffic, what?

Only two things hurt me. McDonald's food an alcohol and both are easily (and best) avoided.

You must not know much about Rochester if you're saying "city life". :D

In my defense, I am claiming DNA as the culprit.

Dave,

Thanks for the "heads up"! My wife too is LI, and she didn't realize it as well.

Shame though, I really like them. I guess I just can't eat any before diving anymore.
