Another great photo! Yes, the yellow hoses and tanks do stand out well against the black suit.

One UK diving equipment manufacturer once called this colour "safety yellow". It's been popular in the past as an alternative fin colour to black with European manufacturers Cressi, Champion and Britmarine.

That's funny. On this side of the pond it acquired the nickname "bite me yellow" because it was thought that sharks were attracted to it!

Yum yum yellow actually refers to the orange used in PFDs.
