H2Andy:
you need to DROP YOUR HOMOPHOBIA and bang a drum or something in the woods with a bunch of half-naked guys

...with... er... feathers in their hair ...

and leather outfits....

(damn this sounds bad)

you mean like this bunch?

MSilvia:
I prefer "Flag bi*ch", but will continue to use "buddy" in polite company.

Unless it's used to describe someone I'm dancing, or running a business with, "partner" has too strong a "lover" connotation for my taste.

:rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3:

I was thinking the same thing...:D

:rofl3:

that IS too funny

I would love to dive with these 'partners' that could a hillarious trip, one to write memoires about.

In addition to the water safety and boy scout reference, Buddy also has a long military tradition. Every soldier in combat considers his sqaudmembers "buddies" they may or may not be "friends" he may actively dislike some of them, but when the feces hits the fan he's got their back and they've got his.

Buddy it is and buddy it should stay.

I have no problem with buddy, but I'll tell you what. There's no way in heck I wear "booties". They're BOOTS goldurnitall.

Reefguy don't wear "booties"
