I figured out how to check the status of an LLC in FL. They are 'inactive'.

Excellent job, sir! :thumb: H2O 70 seem to have taken all the right steps. Filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General and the State Corporation Commission will get you an answer.

Also, do not forget small claims court. You can file on them for a return of monies spent . . . no personal angish, etc., but those costs that you spent are legitimate and of which you can provide proof.

The State will then place a lien against the individual and company (most states, don't know about Florida) and if they sell anything, their judgement for the small claims court comes out first.

If the Cayman angle is a scam, its not unreasonable that they lifted names and images from a legitimate website to add authenticity.

I received a 3rd voice mail last night from Jon Eversmeyer asking me to call and learn about his company.

Using customerservice@thecaymansandbar.com, e-mail from their website, I asked him to be join the board and present his side of the story.

I don't know if you guys know this, but there is a mirror story occurring on spearboard.com.

We're not the only paranoid ones.

Wow. As posted I sent an e-mail to their customer service. I received an e-mail from Barbara. I'm going to post the response for what it is worth.

No, you said you called to talk and I had no notes to that effect, so I called as requested

Talked to this person, and he sent me an email saying he would post an apology. Haven't seen it yet, but I don't spend time on these forums.

Talked to the authorities he talked to and they have no problem with us>

Todd is teaching locally before the Cayman transition. He helps the Sea Scouts out considerably

We gave up on the US economy and elected to go Cayman. Have been building that Cayman organization for 5 years and finally broke the red tape.

Have him call again. Have no record of his call. Might want to use a real name, makes it easier

Don't have time to debate. Only knew of your inputs from a call I received that said "Look at this"

Not private. You asked for a call and you got it. You went to emails, not m
