I must have missed the reply where anyone offered you $75 for your used tanks!

And I missed where this Accident thread was moved to the Tanks, Valves, and Bands or Classified section. Any chance this thread can get back on topic, please?

I certainly hope you drive to all your dives as you might be surprised at the age of some aircraft and how many cycles and the stress the aluminum wings and body are subjected to. BTW I hear Henny calling ...

When we were involved with testing aircraft structures years ago, most of the testing was on 6351 material. Most if not all of this material eventually was replaced by 6061. 6351, though more machinable than 6061, is very prone to stress and load cracking.
