Diving today on the gulf side suked! Water temp 55 at 30' and vis wasnt even to the end of my gun! Aborted the attempt to spearfish after freeing up the anchor. Max bottom time about 15mins! :(

ouch... can you say Drysuit... Seriously if I came down this weekend I was bringing my Drysuit man,
 
Well, these temps are on the gulf side, and I did have on my drysuit. The Atlantic side should be much warmer! The seas here have been rough, with no consecutive days of calm weather. One day here and one day there of good weather hasnt given enough time for the vis to come up:(
You MUST have either good vis or good temps. Both bad makes for a BAD dive!

Im still TRYING to have a good dive!
