Virginia Scuba will be offering a SDI Solo Diver course on May 24. You must be at least 21 years old, be advanced diver certified, and have at least 100 logged dives. The course will include a classroom session and two open water dives. $250 includes training, materials, quarry pass, and certification fee. Call the shop at (703)369-0098 for more details.

"SDI has successfully promoted solo diving as an option for experienced sport divers engaged in certain activities. It is a program that is not suitable for every diver because divers must be willing to make the necessary commitment to train and equip themselves to manage the added risks independent diving involves."

Off the Wall Scuba offers the Solo Diving Course as a one on one private lesson to give you the best possible experience... on your second checkout dive, you'll truly Solo Dive with the Instructor watching you from a distance. Course cost is just $199.00 and includes materials, training, quarry fee for the day and certification card. Call 443-772-0595 for more information.

Pre-requisites must be met before taking this course.
