"new" wreck found?

I just received an Email from a friend saying a co-worker of his heard there was a wreck found off of Chicago recently. It is supposed to date back to the 1800's. Anyone else have any info on this?

the wreck is the Mahoning sank Dec 1864 of of Port Washington Wi.

It was found by Moneysavr, frequent contributor to this forum. He actually re-discovered it, but was the first to announce it from what I can tell. And apparently he did it with a fish scanner! http://www.scubaboard.com/showthread.php?t=110090
