Actually back to 1970s Scubapro has already released the Pilot(and later Air 1) regulators with reversible 2nd stages.

Cool I'll have to check out Scubapro's site. I've been using their MK10/G200B (B IS FOR BALANCED 2ND STAGE) for almost twenty years now, no problems what so ever.

Looking at the reg and schematic, I suspect the D-series is convertible also. DA???

Elan is right, the D Serie is not convertable.
