Question SP G250/109/BA Orifice variations?

Here is an interesting one, from the grand daddy 108
It seems to be stainless (well stained in this rusty boi), and no gradual cone leading up to the knife edge, and a very „flat profile“ knife edge a bit similar to the g250V one
I wonder how to dress/micromesh this if needed
Also here is a NOS orifice from the service kit for it (or the 108 HP version — I can’t tell what version is what — way before my time), much closer to all the other versions
