Those two dollar airport luggage carts are now four dollars. Hope this doesn't eat into your beer budget too much. You can always go to the arrivals area instead of the departure area and pick up a free cart that someone left in the parking lot. Just think of what you could do with the extra money.

:confined: Get out of the jar!

Did you download any of the videos from CZM a few weeks ago---esp the day you dove with us??....TIA, let me know where they are.....Joe

Cancun has free carts readily available. Cozumel has none. Lubbock porters collect them quickly and put them back in the machines.

Be careful.. some of the international airlines only allow you 15lbs carryon bags...and they weigh them.

you've been stopped just the once and that was ten years ago, well that does not make me wrong!!!

In all my years of air travel, I made 24 flights in 2010 with six different airlines to six different destinations and I have only once had my carry on bag weighed [Continental]
which by the way was 10kg
and my travel companion had 18kg in her carryon wheelie bag + a lap top bag
:shocked2: and they let us both through

However, if they do want to weight me wearing my rain jacket ... no problem
I only weigh 52kg so I'm less then the average air traveller

Wrong----we were on a TACA flight almost 10 years ago now & they weighed everything---bags, carryons, AND passengers....Wife & I & the other couple with us happened to be 1st in line & when they asked my wife(the very 1st person to be weighed) to step up on the scale, she said 'I beg your pardon, I don't think so'....Well, it was true & when asked why, guy in broken English stated they want to see how much fuel to add to the plane......My wife then siad 'just fill it up, none will go to waste later on today or tomorrow on other flights!!!!!!!!!'.......
